Accelevents is a fast-growing SaaS company providing end-to-end event management solutions for virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences.

As Creative Director, I lead all aspects of the brand and digital creative output across web, product marketing, video, social, and advertising. My role spans strategy, design, development, and implementation, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and performance-driven creative.

The Challenge

With rapid growth and frequent product releases, Accelevents required a scalable brand system, more cohesive marketing visuals, and a faster, more engaging website experience. Limited design resources and a fully remote team created additional complexity around execution and alignment.

My Role

  • Define and manage the company’s visual and creative strategy

  • Design, build, and maintain the marketing website using Webflow

  • Create UI visuals, landing pages, motion assets, and video content

  • Develop brand guidelines and visual systems

  • Lead production of social media, campaign, and product marketing assets

  • Support marketing, product, and customer teams with creative solutions

  • Oversee the implementation of creative project management in ClickUp

Strategic Approach

I took a hands-on leadership role across design, web, and content. I focused on speed, consistency, and scale—delivering design systems and high-quality creative that could evolve with the business.

Brand and Visual Identity:

  • Led a full brand refresh with updated color systems, typography, iconography, and messaging

  • Built a comprehensive visual style guide and UI component library

  • Applied updated branding across site-wide screens, social media, and product pages
    ​

Website and Performance Optimization:

​

  • Re-architected and redesigned the company’s Webflow website

  • Created modular layouts, optimized image and video delivery, and ensured consistent mobile responsiveness

  • Replaced outdated visuals with branded UI mockups and short-form video loops

  • Integrated SEO strategies and tested technical fixes to improve indexing and load times
     

Content and Campaign Design:

  • Designed 200+ creative assets including email campaigns, paid social ads, case studies, and landing pages

  • Produced testimonial videos, homepage hero animations, and mini product explainer videos

  • Built out a YouTube content strategy with thumbnails, titles, and keyword-optimized descriptions

  • Developed cohesive art direction for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Beamer product updates

Workflow and Project Management:
 

  • Introduced and customized ClickUp for creative planning and documentation

  • Archived legacy content, updated naming conventions, and improved team asset access

  • Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize, review, and deploy high-impact deliverables

Results

  • Increased website engagement and online conversions by 35% through design and performance updates

  • Contributed to a 60% increase in lead generation through multi-channel marketing collateral

  • Improved asset delivery and brand consistency across more than 100 visual formats
