Fierce Conversations is a Seattle-based training company that teaches people how to have effective conversations. The company's first Summit was in 2017, spanning over two days at the W Hotel in Seattle. The event included working sessions, networking opportunities, and keynotes from the CEO and other thought leaders worldwide.

The event was about making your mark, climbing to the top, and striving to be the best version of yourself by having productive conversations.
I wanted a look that would play off that while incorporating the company's existing brand mark. Also, a flexible system where future use could allow for adding and subtracting elements to the main design.

The foundation of the branding system was built around flag forms inspired by the logo. The elements metamorphosed into rows of squares with rounded corners and combinations of flag forms. Combined, they create new, dynamic elements that can be used as solid shapes or combined with imagery.






I wanted to give an immersive experience to each attendee as they walked through the event space. From the first impression of the room to curating the walkways to inspire conversation, all points were considered when designing the experience.








During the event, I supported multiple partner presentations, executive presentations, and opening/closing keynotes from the CEO of fierce and the Senior Leadership team.
