
As a member of the Smartsheet brand team, I worked on the design and development of the Smartsheet global brand on photography, iconography brand standards, and leading design projects for international audiences, internal/external Summits, and company-wide brand/marketing assets.

IMPACT was an internal event that brought attendees from all field/satellite offices and corporate departments for a 3-day Summit. My role in the project was leading the design and management of all digital/printed visuals accompanying the event.

The ENGAGE customer conference brought together over 2,000 innovators for a four-day conference at the company’s headquarters in Bellevue, WA. My role was to develop, produce and direct the global presentation guidelines and deliver 75 session decks along with executive keynote presentations.




With over 1.5k employees developing 300+ presentations daily without brand support, the look of presentations was all over the map. I took the initiative to streamline and reign in this challenge by developing and implementing global presentation brand standards.
The final template was rolled out to every department in the company and used moving forward for every internal/external communication, ranging from an IPO deck delivered at the NYSE to engineering round tables.
